Under The Rainbow and On The Autism Spectrum: A Panel Conversation

This panel will create a clearer understanding of
the intersection of ASD and LGBTQ+ to reinforce the idea
that those who identify as autistic and LGBTQ+ are
humans too. Just like nearly everyone else, we desire
acknowledgment, acceptance, human connection,
respect, and validation. Our panelists will share their
stories on how each found their own personal identity.
We will also discuss how one who identifies as
neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ may navigate issues with
advocacy, disclosure, healthcare (including mental
health), employment, relationships, understanding
privilege, and self-empowerment.
