Interested in the topic of marriage and disability rights?  You’ll want to know a little history on Michigan’s “Idiot Law”, which (until 9 years ago) stated if you have a developmental disability, or even institutionalized briefly, walking down the aisle would be considered a felony.  And that also applied to getting frisky.
